TermsofService
What is confirmed so far. What is still open is listed at the bottom, not glossed over.
This is a working draft, not yet in effect. Sections below state only what is already true of the service today; open questions are listed explicitly rather than filled in with placeholder legal language.
- Who you are contracting with
- IC Lueur Ai is operated by I C Develop Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand.
- The service
- An OpenAI-compatible API gateway. Requests are routed to models hosted on AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI and Azure AI Foundry, and billed in THB from measured token usage.
- Accounts and API keys
- There is no self-service signup today — accounts are provisioned after verification. An account can belong to more than one organization, and each member holds a role (owner, admin or member). An API key is shown once at creation; we store only a hash of it, so we cannot show it to you again or recover it if you lose it — you create a new one instead.
- Billing and credit
- Credit is prepaid in THB and topped up via PromptPay, minimum 300 THB per top-up. Each usage record keeps the per-model rate that applied at the moment the request happened, so a later price change never re-prices usage you have already been billed for. Unused credit does not expire on a timer — it is money you have paid us and not yet spent.
- Region and routing control
- Every key carries a routing policy, set once and enforced on every call: strict keeps a request in the nearest region and queues rather than routing further away; regional allows overflow within the Bangkok–Tokyo boundary; available is opt-in only, and allows routing anywhere a model is served. A request never leaves the boundary your policy sets without your policy allowing it.
Still being finalized
- Acceptable use policy — what use of the service is and is not permitted.
- Suspension and termination conditions.
- Liability limits and warranty disclaimers.
- Governing law and dispute resolution.
- How and when these terms may change, and how you will be notified.
- A published support/contact channel for questions about these terms.
